| Do
you train girls? YES, WE TRAIN GIRLS. All of our training is co-ed.. |

is the music used? |
| Can
siblings or friends train together? Yes, siblings and friends can do one-on-one training together. However, prices are per person. |

should players wear? Players should wear T-shirts, shorts or lightweight pants, socks and tennis shoes. Please also bring some warm clothing to wear home in the evenings. Players may also sport wristbands and headbands. |

age players do you train? We train kids age 6 and older. |
| What
do you do at Saturday Night Clinics? Saturday Night Clinics focus on the individual athlete's all-around game. We begin by mentally preparing ourselves for success through stretching and a variety of professional warm-up drills. The first hour's focus is group fundamentals training and the second hour is team success skills. |
