Security information is collected from
every player upon camp registration. We make sure that all players
under 18 are only checked in and out by the designated parent or guardian
listed on the registration form with a proper ID. We also receive
emergency contact information from every parent.
There are also checks performed at the
beginning of each session (virtually every hour) by coaches to assure
that each player is at their designated station and is accounted for.
Parents may also remain in attendance during the entire event, but
are not required to do so.
We will also have unarmed security guards
on site. There may
be access to locker rooms, however, we are not responsible for lost
or stolen items. Players may bring their own locks for extra protection.Information
on emergency evacuation procedures will be provided during the beginning
of the camp.
Overall, we strive to provide
a healthy and safe learning environment for our players.

A sports trainer will be
present during summer camps to care for minor injuries that may occur
during training or games. Medical attention that is required beyond
this scope will require players to seek care from their physician
at their own expense, including transportation. Medical information
is collected during registration, only so that it may be provided
to medical personnel in the absence of the parent or guardian.
By signing our waiver and allowing your
child to participate in our camps, you are consenting to the overall
good health of the child and their ability to participate in physical
activities. Any required medications should be brought to the camp,
but will be administered by the parent or child themselves. The information
provided about pre-existing medical conditions will be taken into
account and training will be adjusted accordingly.
